The registered address of the company is 124 City Road, London, United Kingdom. Furthermore, our sister concern “W. Aslam & Company Chartered Accountants” is registered in Pakistan under the ICAP Ordinance 1961, having registered office, 50-N Gurumangat Road, Block N Gulberg 2, Lahore, Pakistan.

Seasoned professional Banker with a diversified experience of over 36 years including 31 years of experience in banking, holding senior positions (Chief Executive Officer/President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Internal Auditor) including Non- Executive /Independent Directorships. Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), Chartered Public Finance Accountant – UK , Diplomate Islamic Banking, Fellow member Institute of Banker Pakistan, Certified Director. Independent/Non-Executive Director on Public and Private Sector Companies, including Banking Holding Co.-UK, Remained Member of AML Supervisory Board and Member Appellate Board of ICAP. Remained Advisor to the Pakistan Credit Rating Agency – Moody’s Analytics Risk Solutions Business Solicitation & Implementation Oversight.

Experience

Chief Executive Officer/President & Chief Operating Officer of one of the Big Five Banks in Pakistan – During Tahir’s tenure Bank received various prestigious accolades including – twice “Best Bank for the Year – Pakistan” award from The Banker Magazine UK; “Best Bank in Pakistan from “Euro Money Magazine UK; twice ‘Best Bank for CSR- Pakistan” from The Asia Money Magazine UK and “Strongest Bank by Balance Sheet- Pakistan” from The Asian Banker Singapore. Lead journey of technology transformation by successfully implementing various systems and workflows including T-24 Core Banking Solution; Risk Assets Management System; Risk Adjusted Remuneration Structure; Successfully upgraded Financial Crime & Compliance management application (Oracle FCCM); Implemented Oracle Financial Services Analytical Application (OFSAA) – Asset Liability Management (ALM) & Liquidity Risk Management Modules. Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in partnership with IBM.  The Bank’s Entity Rating got upgraded to “AAA”.   Remained as Nominee Non-executive Director on the Board of 1-Link, Pakistan’s 1st fully licensed PSO/PSP, largest payment gateway and switch system.

Experience

Chief Financial Officer – Having vast experience of reorganizing Financial Control Function in three big Banks of Pakistan. Lead the successful implementation of Oracle suite comprising Enterprise General Ledger, Oracle Fixed Assets, Procure to Pay; Oracle Hyperion and Centralized Payments Processes. Implemented Management Performance Review Pack. Supervised banks tax affairs effectively and got significant tax refunds. Lead the assignment of COSO framework introduced by the Central Bank based on Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) USA to ensure strong control environment. As member Finance and Taxation Committee of Pakistan Banking Association took initiative to reform banking taxation and recommended Scheduler Assessment Methodology for Banking Companies Tax Assessment to avoid arbitrary taxation- Enacted Schedule 7 to the Income Tax Law by the Government of Pakistan. Part of senior management team to conduct due diligence of one of the largest International Bank offered for privatization by the Government of Pakistan and short listed in bidding process being highest bidders. Lead preliminary negotiations with TEMASEK, an investment company headquartered in Singapore, for their majority stake sale in a bank.  In collaboration with Merrill Lynch successfully issued GDRs and enlisted on London Stock Exchange. First Sub-Ordinated TFC (Tier II Capital) of banking industry issued with assistance of ABN AMRO NV. Established Islamic Banking Division.

As a General Manager Finance sought Commercial Banking License for a Provincial bank from Central Bank of Pakistan and successfully implemented financial restructuring/reorganization action plan.

Waqas is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, with over 8 years of external audit experience, primarily with EY & Deloitte in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Ireland and United Kingdom. His industry experience includes real estate, energy, oil & gas, and manufacturing, NPOs and technology sectors. Waqas has expertise in conducting external audits, interim reviews as per International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards on Auditing (ISA), FRS (UK GAAP) and is also skilled in Data Management and Analysis, including collection, consolidation, cleaning of data, preparation of data collection forms, and related Excel templates and reporting. Additionally, Waqas has proven expertise in managing back offices, ensuring streamlined operations and efficient support functions.

Danish is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, with over 10 years of experience in external audit, financial advisory and bookkeeping, primarily with NEXIA & Deloitte in Pakistan, Qatar, Ireland and United Kingdom. His industry experience includes real estate, energy, oil & gas, and manufacturing, NPOs and technology sectors. Further, he has consistently taken the lead in engagements, overseeing every aspect from planning through execution and conclusion. His expertise in comprehensive risk assessment, grounded in meticulous data analysis, ensures the precision and effectiveness of audits across diverse industries. In addition, Danish has expertise in various bookkeeping software, including QuickBooks, Odoo, Sage, Quantum Payroll and Zoho Books. He is also actively engaged in providing financial advisory services to a diverse clientele. His strong analytical skills and technical expertise enable clients to make informed and efficient business decisions.

H. Abdullah is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan. With a strong command of IFRS and IAS, he has extensive experience working with Deloitte across diverse sectors, including fund accounting, oil & gas, manufacturing, transportation, FMCG, and NGOs. With four years of expertise in external audit and financial advisory, he developed a deep understanding of financial analysis and reporting. His proficiency extends to Oracle, Caseware, business valuation, startup valuation, discounted cash flow financial modeling, pitch decks, and various other financial tools. With a proven track record of maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely deliverables, leading teams effectively, and contributing to their professional growth.

Hamza is a Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, with four years of experience in external audit, advisory, and bookkeeping. His professional journey includes working with Deloitte, where he gained extensive exposure across diverse sectors such as insurance, banking, oil and gas, power, manufacturing, tertiary, FMCG, and NGOs/NPOs. With a strong command of IFRS, FRS (UK GAAP), and IAS, he ensures accurate financial reporting and compliance. His expertise extends to various accounting and payroll software, including QuickBooks, Sage Accounting, Quantum Payroll, Oracle, and Caseware.
